p. 306. Seven columns: stub, Total ^1, and the five petitioner columns. "Total ^1" is a tall heading occupying the full depth of the header, so it is repeated on all three heading levels; the rule under "Number of cases" begins at the vertical rule to the right of the Total column, so I read "Number of cases" as spanning only the five petitioner columns, with "Identification of petitioner" repeating that span one level down. The stub column carries no printed heading. Section marker uncertainty: the raised marker on "RM cases" reads as a 3 in the scan, but footnote 3 concerns only the union-shop authorization poll while footnote 2 is the one defining case types (and "RC cases" and "RD cases" both carry a raised 2), so the RM marker may be a misprint or a scan artifact for 2. The raised digits on "RC cases", "RD cases" and the pair on "UA cases" are small and slightly broken but read as 2 and 2/3 respectively. In the UA section the raised 4, 5 and 6 markers are printed to the LEFT of the figures in the Total and Individuals columns; following the convention requested, they are written after the value (e.g. "6,790^4"). Rows that print only a dash rule across the body are rendered as empty cells: the entire "Cases received" line of the NLRB-R section, the Employers column throughout the RC and UA sections, and the four union/individual columns throughout the RM section. All column sums cross-check against the printed Total column in every section; no arithmetic discrepancies were found.
