Reader’s notes

p. 266. Five columns: stub plus Number/Percent under each of the two period spanner headings. Footnotes are cut off by the crop. A raised "2" is printed immediately before "56" in the "Board orders enforced in full" row (July 1, 1950, to June 30, 1951 / Number), transcribed as the marker "56^2"; the corresponding footnote text, and any footnote 1 (presumably attached to the caption), fall below the bottom rule. Only a sliver of a partial text line is visible at the very bottom edge of the image and it is not legible. Percent values are set with a space after the decimal point throughout ("100. 0", "64. 4", ". 5"); the space is typesetting and has been closed up, as with grouping commas. Empty cells in the Supreme Court section ("Board orders enforced with modification", "Remanded to Board", "Board's request for remand or modification of enforcement order denied" under the July 1, 1950, to June 30, 1951 panel) are printed as dash rules and are recorded as "". Row-label capitalisation differs between sections as printed: "Remanded to board" (courts of appeals section) vs. "Remanded to Board" (Supreme Court section); both kept as printed. All columns are internally consistent: the component numbers and percents in each section sum to the printed totals (87, 960, 8, 74 and 100.0 in each percent column), so no misprints are suspected. A small stray ink mark appears just below "25. 0" in the "Board orders set aside" row of the Supreme Court section; it is scanning/printing debris, not a decimal or marker.
