p. 265. Ten printed columns; the stub is "Case No." and only "Temporary restraining order" splits into two sub-columns ("Date issued", "Date lifted"), so all other headings are tall and repeated in both heading levels. Crop/footnotes: the image ends immediately below the last row (20-CC-55); no footnote block is visible, so `footnotes` is empty even though markers 1, 2, 3 and 4 are used in the body and a raised 1 follows the last column heading ("Date of Board decision and/or order"). The table may also continue onto a following page — the bottom rule is not shown. Footnote markers: raised digits are printed BEFORE the dates they attach to (e.g. "¹Nov. 14, 1949", "³Feb 13, 1950", "⁴Jan. 10, 1950"); per the conventions they are written after the value behind a caret. The cells reading "(1)" (rows 1-CC-44 45, 2-CC-104, 20-CC-43 44, 39-CC-7) and "(2)" (row 2-CC-103) are printed as small parenthesized numerals occupying the whole cell, i.e. they stand in place of a date rather than annotating one; they are transcribed as printed. Type of petition: the caption reads "sec. 10 (j) and 10 (l)", so the lowercase letter in "10 (l)" is an el, not a digit one; at this resolution the glyph itself is ambiguous. Typography: many month abbreviations print without their period in this scan ("Aug 23", "Sept 6", "Sept 22", "Oct 17", "Oct 20", "Nov 29", "Dec 8", "Feb 13", "Mar 14"); these are transcribed as seen, and the difference from the periodded forms elsewhere in the same column is in the original, not introduced here. Stray spaces before closing parentheses ("Inc )", "Co )", "et al )", "A. E , Inc") have been closed up the same way as spaced digit groups. Doubtful cells: in row 38-CB-30 the company name reads "Union De Trabajadares de la Industrial de; Cemento" — the character after "de" looks like a semicolon or a broken "l" (probably intended "del Cemento"); transcribed as it appears. Handwritten ink check marks overlie the leader dots of the stub in rows 38-CB-30, 33-CB-6, 7, 8 and 5-CB-43, 47, and a faint pencil stroke sits in the "Date issued" column of row 6-CD-3; none of them obscure a printed value. The 2-CC-104 local number reads "24368".
p. 266. Continuation page: the crop shows no column headings, so header_rows is empty. The body has 10 columns, counted from the vertical rules: (1) case number stub, (2) name of case, (3) a date column, (4) the statutory section, and six further date/disposition columns. Column positions were fixed from the x-ranges of the vertical rules; note in particular that "May 16, 1950" (row 2-CC-138) sits one column to the LEFT of the footnote-1 dates in rows 21-CC-89, 6-CC-44 and 18-CC-9, and that "June 1, 1950" (row 19-CC 27, 28, 29) sits in the same column as the two standalone footnote markers. Doubtful cells: - 32-CC-3 and 21-CC-92, column 7: the cell holds only a raised digit in parentheses, with no value attached. Transcribed as printed, "(3)" and "(2)". The scan is faint and the two raised digits are hard to separate in this typeface; the pairing could be reversed. - 19-CC 27, 28, 29 (stub): printed with a space, not a hyphen, before "27". Several case numbers in this scan render C/O ambiguously; all are read as "CC"/"CB"/"CA" per the Board's docket prefixes. - 19-CC 27, 28, 29, column 2: "Locals 7C and 19" — the character after "7" may be the letter C or the digit 0. - 18-CC-9, column 2: reads "National Brotherhood of Electrical Workers" (not "International"); transcribed as printed, and this row carries no AFL-/CIO- prefix, unlike most others. - Rows 19-CA-301 and 20-CB-128, 129 have handwritten pen marks (an arrow/check) over the rule between columns 1 and 2 in the scan. These are annotations on the scanned page, not printed content, and nothing printed appears to be obscured by them. - Footnotes 1 and 5 appear to end without a period; transcribed that way. Cut off by the crop: a "Note.—" paragraph begins below footnote 7 and is clipped by the bottom edge, so it is not transcribed.
