Record of injunctions petitioned for under sec. 10 (j) and 10 (l) during fiscal year 1948

p. 261. The crop ends immediately below the last body row, so no footnote texts are visible; footnotes are referenced in the body (markers 1, 2, 4 and one doubtful marker) but their wording is cut off by the crop. Doubtful marker: the raised digit printed before "Sept. 29, 1948" (row 2-CC-16, 18, column "Date of Board decision and/or order") reads to me as a 7, but at this resolution it could be a 3; transcribed as ^7. Cells printed as a bare parenthesized raised numeral — "(1)" for row 9-CC-2 and row 5-CB-9 in "Date of Board decision and/or order", and "(2)" for row 2-CC-30 in "Date temporary injunction granted" — are footnote references standing in place of a date; they are transcribed as printed rather than as caret markers because there is no value to attach them to. "do" is the printed ditto abbreviation: row 2-CC-12 under "Date injunction proceedings withdrawn or dismissed" and row 2-CC-14 under "Date petition for injunction filed". Row 21-CB-8 shows "Mar 8, 1948" with no visible period after "Mar", while the row above shows "Mar. 8, 1948"; transcribed as seen. Several abbreviation periods inside parentheses are faint or absent in this 1-bit scan ("Co )", "Corp )", "et al )", "Co ,"); they are transcribed as they appear rather than repaired. Row cells shown with a dash rule or blank are transcribed as empty.

p. 262. Crop shows only the last three body rows of a table continued from the preceding page; no column headings are printed on this image, so header_rows is empty. Column count (10) was taken from the dash rules: stub (case number), name of case, date filed, statutory section, then six further columns. In each row most of those six columns hold only a dash rule ("--------"), transcribed as "". The dated cells fall as follows: rows 1 and 2 have their date in column 6 (the third of the six), while row 3 has its date one column further right, in column 7. The final column (10) holds a date in all three rows. Doubtful cells / readings: - Column 4 ("10 (l)" in rows 1 and 2): the character in parentheses is a lowercase letter l that scans very much like the digit 1. Read as Section 10(l) because both rows are CC (secondary-boycott) cases; row 3 is clearly "10 (j)". - Stub column: the letter C in the case prefixes prints with a closed bowl and can be mistaken for O ("2-CO-40", "19-OA-95"); transcribed as the standard NLRB prefixes CC and CA. - Row 2 stub: the label wraps as "21-CC-25, 26," / "27, 28, 29, 34" followed by leader dots; it is ambiguous whether a period precedes the leader dots after "34". Leader dots dropped per instruction. - Row 2, name column: printed as "(Di Georgio Wine & Fruit Cos )." — the period after "Cos" is faint/uncertain in the scan; transcribed as "Cos.)." The spelling "Di Georgio" is as printed (the company is usually spelled Di Giorgio); not corrected. - Row 1, column 6: a small raised 4 is printed immediately before "June 29, 1948"; recorded as the footnote marker "June 29, 1948^4". Below the table's closing rule the crop catches the top sliver of a line of smaller type — almost certainly the first footnote of the footnote block — but it is clipped to a few pixels of letter tops and is illegible, so footnotes is empty. The footnote text defining marker 4 is not recoverable from this crop.
