p. 241. Three printed columns, one heading level. Footnote markers are printed as small raised digits to the LEFT of the value in the "Number of cases" column (¹ 6,264; ³ 411; ⁴ ⁵ 627; ⁶ 68); they are written after the value behind a caret per instruction. The "Withdrawn" row carries two markers (4 and 5), written as "627^4 ^5". In the "Percent of cases closed" column, the decimal point failed to print (or is lost in the 1-bit scan) in four cells, which read on the page as "78 3" (Consent election—authorized), "2 8" (Consent election—not authorized), "10 0" (Withdrawn) and "1 1" (Dismissed); they are transcribed as 78.3, 2.8, 10.0 and 1.1, consistent with every other value in that column and with the printed decimals elsewhere. Cells showing a parenthesised raised 2 — "(2)" — are footnote references standing in place of a percent value (Stipulated election—not authorized, Otherwise, After hearing held—withdrawn, After board decision, dismissed) and are transcribed as printed. Footnote 2 and footnote 5 end without a period as printed. The scan has stray specks (a small mark left of "177" and a dot above the rules) that are not part of any value.
