0 of 7 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 151. Five printed columns. The final body row is the table's total line and carries no stub label in the image (its label cell is blank), so cell 0 is "". In the total row the footnote marker 2 is printed as a raised digit to the LEFT of 15 in the "Number of applications granted" column; following the convention it is transcribed as "15^2". The value itself is 15. Punctuation after the first section label is doubtful: the scan reads "Proceedings under sec 10 (j)" with a faint mark after "sec" and a terminal mark that could be a period or a colon; transcribed as "Proceedings under sec 10 (j)." The parallel label "Proceedings under sec 10 (l)" shows no terminal mark. The scan's degraded dotted i/í glyphs ("instituted", "sec", "withdrawn") have been read as ordinary letters. In rows "(a) Against unions" and "(b) Against employer" the granted and denied columns hold only dash rules, transcribed as "". The last column is blank for row (b); "1 withdrawn." is aligned with row (a). Footnote 1 ends without a printed period ("...injunctive relief"), transcribed as printed. The caption line "Summary of injunction litigation under sec. 10 (j) and (l), July 1, 1948, to June 30, 1949" was omitted per instructions.
