  1. 1 Consent injunction or restraining order.
Reader’s notes

p. 180. Nine printed columns; the spanner "Temporary restraining order" covers the two columns "Date issued" and "Date lifted", and is repeated in both header cells per the spanning rule. Statute subsection letters: the caption and the body print the two petition types as "10 (j)" and what reads as "10 (1)". The latter is almost certainly section 10 (l) (lowercase letter L) set with a figure-one glyph in this typeface; I transcribed the character as it appears on the page ("10 (1)") rather than silently correcting it to "10 (l)". For the "j" petitions the scan does not reliably distinguish upper- from lower-case (several look like "10 (J)"); I normalized all of them to the lowercase "10 (j)" that the caption uses. Suspected misprint: row "2-CC-23, 24", column "Temporary restraining order / Date lifted" reads "Jan. 8, 1947" — a date earlier than the Dec. 11, 1947 issue date in the preceding column, so the year is probably meant to be 1948. Transcribed exactly as printed. Repeat marker "do" (ditto) is transcribed as the literal text "do" where it is printed as a value: column "Date petition for injunction filed" in rows "2-CC-14" and "21-CB-8", and column "Date temporary injunction granted" in rows "15-CC-5" and "7-CA-37". Surrounding leader dots were dropped. End-of-line hyphens repaired when joining wrapped text: "Wads-worth" -> "Wadsworth"; "De-sign" -> "Design"; "Asso-ciation" -> "Association" (two rows); "Con-struction" -> "Construction"; "Aero-nautical" -> "Aeronautical". Footnote markers: superscript 1 after "Feb. 17, 1948" (row "15-CC-1, 2, 3, 4", Date temporary injunction granted) and after "June 29, 1948" (row "2-CC-40", Date issued). Other image artifacts, none transcribed: a small ink blot sits over "Engineering" in the "2-CC-16, 18" company cell (text still legible); short stray dashes appear in the left margin beside the rows for 2-CC-12, 2-CC-14, 9-CB-5, 21-CB-8, 7-CA-37, 5-CB-9 and 19-CA-95 — these are page/scan marks, not footnote references; "Printing Speciality" is spelled that way on the page and was left as printed. The vertical running head and page number along the right edge were omitted as instructed.
