Representation cases in which elections were directed — NLRA (R and RE)

p. 157. This is a list-style table with no printed column headings, so header_rows is empty. It has two printed columns per panel: the case number (stub) and the company name. The page is set as two side-by-side panels separated by a vertical rule; following the instructions, within each lettered/numbered section I transcribed all of the left panel's rows first and then the right panel's rows, so the alphabetical order of company names restarts at the first right-panel row of each section (e.g. "Norris, W. C., ..." after "Interstate Dress Carriers, Inc."). Section heading lines ("B. Cases decided ...", "1. NLRA—C cases", "2. LMRA—CA cases", "C. Cases decided ...") are carried as rows with the label in the stub and an empty second cell; the first three are centered over both panels in the original. Case numbers are printed with en-dashes; I used plain hyphens (e.g. "16-C-1284"). Doubtful cells: the right-panel entry at 14-C-1271, "Ullin Box & Lumber Co", runs to the extreme right edge of the crop and any final period is cut off; the name itself is legible. The row label at 11-C-1292, "Kahler Co., Inc., The", shows no trailing period, unlike most neighboring entries. The section number "2" in "2. LMRA—CA cases" is set in an old-style display numeral but reads clearly as 2. The crop ends immediately below the last two rows (11-C-1292 / 9-C-2217) with no visible end to section C, so the list under heading C very likely continues onto the following page or crop.
