p. 154. The crop prints no column headings (it is a case list continuing a larger table), so header_rows is empty. Two printed columns: case number (stub) and company name. The page is set as two side-by-side panels separated by a vertical rule; the left panel's two entries (4-R-2567, 15-R-2214) are given first, then the right panel's two (2-R-7639, 5W-R-55). Row 1 is the italic section line "D. Cases in which the board directed the opening and counting of challenged ballots, following a prehearing election", which carries no value. Wrapped labels were joined: "Perry County Plywood Corp." and "Sterling Cotton Mills, Inc." each print on two lines. Case numbers are set with en dashes; transcribed with plain hyphens. "5W-R-55" is read with a capital W attached to the region number, which is unusual but clearly printed.
