Following the two-panel rule, the left panel's 34 entries are given first (Armstrong Bros. through Journal of Commerce Corp.), then the right panel's 34 entries (Kelsey-Hayes through Trimont Manufacturing Co.). No column headings are printed, so header_rows is empty. The two centred lines at the top, "II. Representation Cases" and "A.
