The two "No union" columns (col 8 and col 18) are single tall headings with no "Percent" sub-column; I have placed them inside the "Elections won by—" and "Valid votes cast for—" spans respectively, which the printed arithmetic confirms (14+17+4+62 = 97 elections; 1,269+2,256+418+3,914 = 7,857 total valid votes). Likewise, under "Eligible voters" the sub-headings "Number" and "Percent casting valid votes" occupy a band that spans the lower two heading levels, so they are repeated in header rows 2 and 3. All printed totals and percentages are internally consistent with the detail rows; no suspected misprints. Row label in row 3: the period after the "O" in "C. I. O. affiliates" is not clearly visible in the scan (it reads "C. I. O affiliates"); I have transcribed it with the period, matching the spelling used in the column heading and in the last row's label. In row 5 the C. I. O. percent cell is printed as "0", not "0.0". Empty cells in the body are printed as dashed leader rules ("-----") and are transcribed as "". A faint stray pen/ink mark sits just left of the "37" in the "C. I. O. affiliates" row (Number of elections column); it is not a digit or footnote marker.
