The appendix title ("APPENDIX F / LIST OF CASES IN WHICH THE BOARD RENDERED DECISIONS DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1-AUGUST 21, 1947") and the page number 155 are omitted as caption/running matter; the divisional headings "I. ...", "A. ..." and "B. ..." are kept as label-only section rows. The printed list is grouped into blank-line-separated blocks (roughly by first letter of the case name); that blocking carries no data and is not represented in the grid. Doubtful readings in the heavily inked scan, all transcribed as they appear: "3-C-829" (Geraldine Novelty Co., Inc.) could be "8-C-829"; "9I-C-1461" (Pillsbury Flour Co.) is anomalous - the character after the 9 may be a 1, a stray mark, or a subregion letter, so it may be "9-C-1461", "91-C-1461" or "18-C-1461"; "2-C-5979" (R. C. A. Mfg. Co.) could be "2-C-6979"; "1-C-2953" (Brown & Sharpe) could be "1-C-2963"; "10-C-1933" (Atlantic Co.) could be "10-C-1983"; "5-C-2198" (Richmond Coca-Cola) could be "5-C-2193"; "1-C-2962" (Lathrop Engine Co.) could be "1-C-2902". "Tishoming Country Electric Power Association." is transcribed as printed; it is very likely a misprint for "Tishomingo County Electric Power Association". In section B the alphabetical ordering breaks: "5W-C-2122 Gennett Oak Flooring Co." is printed after "Richmond Coca-Cola Bottling Works, Inc."; transcribed in the printed order.
