All figures are internally consistent, which supports the reading of individual digits: in every row the C-cases and R-cases entries sum exactly to that row's "All cases" entry, for both the Hearings and the Decisions panels; and in each of the six numeric columns the twelve fiscal-year rows plus the "July 1-Aug. 21, 1947" row sum exactly to the printed "Total, 1936-47" figure (13,826 / 3,465 / 10,361 / 14,573 / 3,154 / 11,419). No discrepancies found. Typography notes: the scan renders the separator in the total row's label ("Total, 1936-47") as a low dot rather than a clear comma, but context and the table caption make the comma certain. The date ranges are printed with en dashes ("1936-47", "July 1-Aug. 21, 1947"); transcribed with plain hyphens. The raised "2" on the "Decisions" spanner heading is faint but legible and matches footnote 2. The raised "1" on the "Total, 1936-47" stub label matches footnote 1. The table caption also carries a raised footnote marker 1; per instructions the caption itself is omitted. Nothing appears cut off by the crop: the caption, both spanner headings, all body rows, the bottom rule and both footnotes are fully visible.
