0 of 6 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 81. Six printed columns: stub plus a two-column "Elections and cross checks" spanner and a three-column "Eligible voters" spanner. The stub heading spans both heading levels, so it is repeated in each. The table has no total row; it ends after "3 or more unions" (a rule closes the body). The scan is soft and the typesetting leaves a space after each digit-grouping comma and decimal point (e.g. "450, 199", "48. 2"); these have been closed up as instructed. Slight uncertainty on the last column of the "3 or more unions" row: it reads 85.3, but the leading digit is blurred and could conceivably be an 8-6 pair matching the rows above; 85.3 is my best reading. The elections percentages sum to 100.0 and the numbers are internally consistent with the printed shares, which supports the number columns.
