Scope: the supplied image is not a tight crop of one table but the whole of page 72 of the Twelfth Annual Report, which carries three tables: Table 8 ("Disposition of representation cases closed during the fiscal year 1947, by stage and method—Continued"), Table 9 ("Forms of remedy in unfair labor practice cases closed during the fiscal year 1947, by identification of complainant"), and Table 10 ("Formal action taken during the fiscal year 1947"). Following the "t2" identifier in the file name, the grid above transcribes the second table on the page, Table 9. Tables 8 and 10 are present on the image but not transcribed here. Layout: Table 9 has six printed columns — the stub (which has no printed heading), a tall single "Total" column, and four columns under the spanner "Identification of complainant". The body is split by two centred band labels, "Cases" (above the first four data rows) and "Workers" (above the last four); these are printed centred over the value columns rather than in the stub, and are recorded here as label-only rows with empty value cells. Row labels: "Workers reinstated to remedy discriminatory discharge" is printed on two lines (".. discriminatory" / "discharge") and has been joined; the heading "Unaffiliated unions" ("Unaffili-/ated/unions") and "Individuals" ("Individ-/uals") were likewise joined and their end-of-line hyphens repaired. Verification: every data row's four component figures sum exactly to its printed total (658, 36, 64, 273, 4,114, 2,656, $1,105,000 and 964), which corroborates both the digits and the column each one sits in. No value in this table carries a footnote marker, and no footnotes are printed beneath Table 9 — the two numbered footnotes at the foot of the page ("1 The figure for actions is less than the number of cases involved..." and "2 Includes 25 prehearing election cases...") belong to Table 10, whose column headings carry the "1" and whose "Elections directed 2" row carries the "2", so they are excluded here. Legibility: the scan is a coarse 1-bit reproduction and several figures in Table 9 required care — in particular "658" (the 5/6 pair), "$835,000" and "2,656", where 5, 6 and 8 are easily confused at this resolution. In each case the row's additive check resolved the reading, so I regard them as settled rather than doubtful.
