p. 49. Five columns: stub plus two spanner groups (Number, Percent) each. The footnote marker on "Board orders enforced in full" is printed as a raised 1 immediately before the value in the July 1, 1946–June 30, 1947 Number column (printed "1 49"); transcribed as 49^1. The footnote line at the foot of the page is clipped by the bottom edge of the crop — only the upper portion of its letters is visible, so its wording is read with slightly lower certainty than the body. In the second spanner heading the year reads "1935" (consistent with the table caption) although the scan renders the glyphs indistinctly, closer to "1985"/"1936". Printed values are internally consistent (49+10+10+1=70; 420+185+89+11=705; 4+1=5; 45+9+2+1+1+1=59); nothing was computed or altered.
