O. affiliates / Unaffiliated unions / Individuals or employers), and Total number of workers involved. "Number of cases" spans columns 1-5; "Identification of complainant or petitioner" spans columns 2-5; "Total" and "Total number of workers involved" are tall headings repeated down the levels. The stub column carries no printed heading, so cell 0 of each header row is "". The three section lines ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases", "Representation cases") are printed centred across the data columns rather than in the stub, and are banded off by rules; they are given here as label-only rows. In the "Total number of workers involved" column of the All cases panel, all five cells hold only a raised parenthesised footnote reference to footnote 1 and no value; these are transcribed as "(1)". Arithmetic checks all pass as printed, so no misprints are suspected: in every one of the 15 data rows the four identification columns sum to the Total; the unfair labor practice and representation panels sum to the all cases panel row by row; pending + received = on docket and on docket - closed = pending June 30 in each panel, including the two workers columns. The row label for "Cases on docket July 1945–June 1946" shows a stray ink dot between "July" and "1945" in all three panels (scan speckle, not punctuation). The date ranges use an en dash as printed. Row-label leader dots dropped. The last line of the crop is the printed page number 75; it is reported as a trailing footnote entry only because it falls inside the cropped region below the footnote, and should be discarded.
