0 of 19 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 87. Five columns: stub plus Number/Percent under each of the two spanner headings. The scan is a coarse bitonal reproduction in which many decimal points have dropped out, so most percent cells read as e.g. "100 0", "19 6", "4 8", "50 0", "75 9", "1 6"; these are transcribed with the decimal point they clearly represent (the point survives in a few cells, e.g. "100.0" and "58.4" in the last column, and every section's percents then sum to 100.0, confirming the reading). Likewise the dotless-i artifacts ("circuıt", "modificatıon", "denıed") are transcribed as the intended words, and the period after "S" in "Cases decided by U. S. Supreme Court" is faint/absent in the scan but supplied by analogy with the circuit-courts row. The four indented rows under each section head are blank-stub-indented subentries; their labels are transcribed as printed without the indent. In the lower panel, the 1945-46 Number and Percent cells for "Board orders set aside", "Remanded to Board", and the "Board's request..." row hold only dash rules and are recorded as empty. The last row label wraps onto two printed lines and is joined. Arithmetic checks: 25+8+6+2=41, 371+175+79+10=635, 1+1=2, 41+9+2+1+1=54 — all consistent with the printed totals. Minor internal rounding quirks exist as printed (8/41 is shown as 19.6, 2/41 as 4.8, 9/54 as 16.6); these are left exactly as printed.
