26 of 44 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 92. Seven columns: stub plus three two-column panels (All cases / Unfair labor practice cases / Representation cases), each with "Number of cases" and "Formal actions^1". The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both header levels is empty. The "Complaints issued" row prints 286 in a slightly heavier, blurred face in both the "All cases" and "Unfair labor practice cases" formal-actions columns; the middle digit is most consistent with 8 (reading 286, not 236), but it is the least crisp number on the page. The five indented rows from "Decisions and Orders" through "Certifications or dismissals on the record" are sub-items of "Decisions issued"; indentation is not preserved in the labels. All printed figures are internally consistent: the three panels sum across (e.g. 235 + 2,205 = 2,440) and the five sub-items sum to the "Decisions issued" line in every column. A thin sliver of the bottom rule and a few column rules of the preceding table are visible along the very top edge of the crop; no data from that table is legible or included.
