Reader’s notes
p. 17. Eight printed columns: stub plus three under "Elections in which union participated", two under "Elections won by union", two under "Valid votes cast for union". No footnotes are printed under the table, and the table has no total row. Row labels are followed by leader dashes; the first label is transcribed as "A. F. of L." but the final period is hard to separate from the leader rule, and the second label is printed "C. I. O" with no closing period (transcribed as printed). Scan is slightly speckled: the trailing digit of "510,566" (A. F. of L., Number of eligible voters) and the leading "1" of "1,620" (A. F. of L., Elections won by union / Number) are somewhat light but legible.
