Eight columns: the stub plus three under \"Number of elections and cross-checks\" (Total, Consent, Ordered), two under \"Percent of total\" (Consent, Ordered), and two tall single headings (\"Number of eligible voters\", \"Valid votes cast\").\n\nThe first body row is the 1936-45 cumulative total line, set off by a rule above the annual rows; its stub reads \"1936-45\" with an en dash, transcribed as \"1936–45\".\n\nArithmetic check (not used to alter any cell): in every annual row Consent + Ordered = Total, and each of the five numeric columns sums down the ten annual rows exactly to the 1936-45 line. No misprints detected.\n\nThe footnote line is clipped along its lower edge by the crop; the descenders are cut but the text is legible and transcribed in full. The lead character is the raised marker 1 (printed as a superscript), matching the \"Consent^1\" headings.\n\nMinor scan artifacts, none affecting the reading: a stray ink speck left of \"6, 114, 725\" in the 1936-45 row, a speck left of \"1, 554\" and a hook-like mark after \"31. 6\" in the 1945 row, and a mark in the blank area right of \"729, 737\" in the 1941 row. Several digits are rendered with the period typeface in which 0 and 6 look alike at low resolution; I read 1941 Consent percent as 79.3 and 1938 Total as 1,152, both confirmed by the column sums.
