p. 82. The table is a single panel of 8 columns: the stub plus three "Number" columns, two "Percent of total" columns and two "Workers involved" columns, all under the spanning head "Cases received". The footnote marker 1 is attached to the "Workers involved" spanner heading. The scan is clean and internally consistent, which corroborates the digits: each of the six numeric columns' twelve monthly values sums exactly to the printed Total row (9,176; 2,573; 6,603; 4,379,592; 2,171,394), each month's two percent cells sum to 100.0, and every printed percent matches the ratio of that month's printed counts. No arithmetic discrepancies, so nothing was computed or adjusted. Minor legibility points, none of them doubtful after the checks above: in the November row the "200" in the unfair labor practice column has slightly blotted zeros, and in the December row the "194" is preceded by a stray ink speck, but 200/708 = 28.2 and 194/687 = 28.2 confirm both readings. The leading digit of the September workers-involved figure 485,320 is lightly broken but is confirmed by the column total. The row labels carry trailing leader dots, which have been dropped as instructed; the caption line was omitted.
