The body is unnumbered but indentation marks hierarchy: Manufacturing, Agriculture and forestry, Mining, Construction, Wholesale trade, Retail trade, Finance insurance and real estate, Transportation communication and other public utilities, and Services are major groups; the indented lines under Manufacturing, under Transportation equipment (itself a Manufacturing subgroup with its own indented detail), under Mining and under Transportation/communication are their components. No separate section-label rows are printed. Arithmetic checks all pass as transcribed: in every row the Unfair labor practice Number plus the Representation Number equals the All cases Number, and the nine major-group Numbers sum to the printed Total of 9,543. No misprints detected. Doubtful cells, all read as given with moderate-to-good certainty: Mining, "Unfair labor practice cases / Percent of total" — the glyphs are smudged in the scan and read 2.9, which is consistent with 100/3,403; "Other transportation", "Unfair labor practice cases / Percent of total" — a stray ink speck precedes the decimal point, printed as "..5", transcribed as .5.
