p. 92. Three printed columns; the stub heading and the two column headings occupy a single heading level. "SUBSECTIONS OF SEC. 8 OF THE ACT" and "RECAPITULATION" are centred section lines printed in caps/small caps with no values. Percent values below 1 are printed without a leading zero and with typesetter's space after the point (". 3", ". 8"); transcribed as ".3", ".8", etc. A stray ink speck sits in the Percent-of-total column on the "8 (1)" row (value 12.5) and another in the stub area of the heading band; both are page artefacts, not characters. All figures are internally consistent: the eleven detail lines sum to the printed total of 3,403 and to 100.0 percent, and each recapitulation line equals the sum of the detail lines containing that subsection.
