26 of 26 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 80. Seven columns: stub plus three columns for each of the two case types (Number of elections; Won by rival union: Number, Percent). Footnote markers are printed as raised digits to the LEFT of the values in this table; they are transcribed after the value behind a caret (e.g. the printed "¹ 95" is "95^1"). The raised 3 on "Before new first contract executed" / Closed-shop / Number of elections ("29^3") is rendered in the scan with a glyph that could be misread as an 8, but footnote 3's text ("Heavily weighted by 14 elections in plants of 1 company...") matches that cell, so 3 is correct. The "Miscellaneous" row has dash rules (no data) under all three Closed-shop columns; those are given as empty cells. Internal checks all reconcile as printed: closed-shop elections 13+19+29+9+25 = 95 and wins 12+13+4+5+10 = 44; non-closed-shop elections 16+48+16+10+42+8 = 140 and wins 16+34+10+8+29+4 = 101; every printed percent matches its ratio.
