p. 195. This is the "Appendix G — Regional Offices" directory table: three columns (stub = office location, territory, directing personnel); one heading level, no footnotes. The crop ends after Region 11 (the page number is just visible at the bottom edge), so the table continues with Region 12 and later regions on the following page. Stub heading: the dash in "Regional Offices—location" is printed as a short rule/broken dash in this scan; I rendered it as an em dash. Doubtful readings, all caused by broken type in the 1-bit scan rather than by ambiguity of meaning: Region 8 personnel column, the director's surname reads "Taag" — the initial letter could be T or H ("Haag"); I transcribed the characters as they appear. Region 2 territory, "Litchfield" is printed with a broken "fi" that reads as "Litchfleld"; Region 11 territory, "St. Joseph" is printed with a damaged S that reads as "8t."; both are transcribed in their intended spelling. Several stray ink specks sit in the right-hand column beside Regions 2, 5, 6, 9 and 11; they are not footnote markers and are not transcribed.
p. 196. This is a text directory of NLRB regional offices rather than a numeric table; the crop continues the list from the previous page (it begins at Region 12), but the three column headings are reprinted at the top of this page, so they are given. Row labels and territory/personnel entries were wrapped over several printed lines and end-of-line hyphens were repaired (e.g. "Madison Build- ing" = "Madison Building", "Bab- cock" = "Babcock", "at- torney" = "attorney"). Leader dots after short Territory entries (Region 16 "Oklahoma, Texas", Region 23 "Territory of Hawaii", Region 24 "Puerto Rico") were dropped; Region 18's Territory entry ends with a stray dash/dot after "Iowa" that I read as a leader, so no final period is given. Punctuation oddities transcribed as printed: Region 17 personnel reads "Paul F. Nachtman; attorney." (semicolon where a comma is expected), and Region 18 personnel reads "Robert Rissman, director, Stephen M. Reynolds, attorney." (comma where the other rows use a semicolon). Both look like misprints. In Region 14 the personnel cell is set without a space as "Ross M.Madden, director; Jack G.Evans, attorney."; I inserted the normal spaces after the initials. "Audrian" (Regions 14 and 17) is printed that way; the Missouri county is normally spelled Audrain. Doubtful characters: Region 13's street number reads "176" but the third digit is slightly broken (could be 178); Region 15's "820 Union Building" and Region 23's "341 Federal Building" are legible but faint. The stub heading's separator prints as a long dash, rendered here as an em dash.
