p. 86. Four columns; the body is a single panel with indentation marking the hierarchy (indentation itself is not represented in the grid). Scan artifacts: the figure 8 is repeatedly rendered with a flat-topped glyph resembling "S" — "Dismissed" under "Before formal action, total" reads "S.1" in the Percent of cases on docket column (transcribed 8.1), and "After formal action, total" reads "15. S" in the Percent of cases closed column (transcribed 15.8); both are certainly 8s given the column arithmetic and glyph shape. The raised 2 footnote marker appears attached before the value ".0" in four cells (Dismissed under Before hearing, docket column; Closed otherwise under After Board decision, docket column; Dismissed under After court action, both percent columns), transcribed as ".0^2". A small stray ink mark sits to the left of 80.4 in the "Cases closed, total" row, docket column; it is not a footnote marker and was ignored. Stray specks also appear on the leader dots of the "Dismissed" (Before formal action) and "After Board decision" rows.
