The row label "After issuance of complaint or order of investigation" wraps onto two printed lines (hyphenated as "in- vestigation"); its figures are printed beside the second line. Joined into one row. The footnote marker on 185 (After decision, Representation cases Number) is a raised 1 printed to the LEFT of the number; transcribed as 185^1. Arithmetic as printed: the Unfair labor practice cases percent column sums to 99.9 (73.7 + 3.5 + 5.5 + 17.2) against a printed total of 100.0 — a rounding artifact, left exactly as printed. All other columns foot correctly. Typesetting leaves a space after the digit-grouping comma in the original (e.g. "2, 630", "3, 666"); the spaces have been removed per instruction. Percent values likewise print as "71. 7" with a space after the decimal point and have been closed up.
