p. 37. CROP CUT OFF AT THE BOTTOM. The last printed row on this image is "Cases closed by compliance"; the table (and its footnote block, which is not on this image) continues on the next crop/page. Two internal checks confirm the missing rows rather than a reading error: the four listed sub-rows under "Cases closed after board decision" sum to 832 cases against the printed 855, and the three sub-blocks of "Cases closed after formal action" (108 + 87 + 855 = 1,050 cases; 489,031 workers) fall short of the printed 1,282 / 624,644. No footnote text is visible, so `footnotes` is empty even though markers 1-7 are used in the body. DOUBLE FOOTNOTE MARKERS. On "Cases on docket, July 1940–June 1941" two raised digits are printed side by side before each All-cases value; I rendered them as a single caret followed by both digits separated by a space ("12,062^1 2", "3,744,280^1 2"). DOUBTFUL MARKER. On "Cases closed before formal action", the raised digit before the All-cases Number is clearly 3 but the one before the All-cases Number-of-workers value (1,457,392) is faint and could be 2 or 3; I read it as 2. MARKER-ONLY CELLS. Two cells hold nothing but a small parenthesized raised digit in place of a figure: "Cases dismissed" under "Cases closed before hearing", employers Number-of-workers column, read as (5); and "Cases withdrawn" under "Cases closed after board decision", individuals Number-of-workers column, read as (6). The digits are at the limit of legibility and each could be 5 or 6; both are consistent with footnote references, since in each case the panel column totals above are already satisfied without them (e.g. employers before-hearing workers total 889 = the settled row alone). VALUE IN ONE COLUMN ONLY. Under "Cases closed after hearing", the rows "Cases dismissed" (3) and "Cases withdrawn" (2) carry a figure in the unaffiliated-unions Number column while that panel's Number-of-workers cell is a dash rule, left as "". Likewise "Cases closed after hearing" shows unaffiliated-unions workers of only 26 for 15 cases; this is confirmed by the All-cases total 17,074 = 8,362 + 7,896 + 26 + 790. OTHER. "Cases closed otherwise" at the foot of the after-hearing block is a dash rule in every column, including the All-cases columns, so the whole row is "". In the employers Number column of "Cases closed after board decision" a stray ink dot precedes the figure; transcribed as 12. Column headings were broken by end-of-line hyphens and rejoined: "un-affiliated" to "unaffiliated", "in-dividuals" to "individuals". Panel sums for "Cases closed before formal action" fall 6 cases short of the printed 7,114 (3,379 + 2,803 + 418 + 451 + 57 = 7,108), although the row's own sub-rows sum exactly to 7,114; transcribed as printed, and footnote 3 (not visible) likely accounts for the 6.

p. 38. The crop shows only the last six body rows of the table, plus the footnote block; the caption, the column headings and all earlier rows are cut off above, so header_rows is empty. Column structure was read from the vertical rules in the "Cases pending June 30, 1941" line, which is the only row with all twelve numeric columns filled: six pairs of (cases, workers). Blank cells in the body are printed as dash rules ("------") and are transcribed as "". In the "Cases dismissed" row the dash rules begin in column 7, i.e. that row has values only through column 6 (7,760); the two rows beneath it carry values in columns 7-8 (3/399 and 2/450). The "Cases closed by compliance" figure in column 6 is printed as ".87,873" with a stray mark/period before the 8; I read it as 87,873. The same row's column-1 value is printed with a raised 5 before it (transcribed 188^5), and both column-1 and column-2 values of the "Cases pending June 30, 1941" row carry a raised 1. Footnote markers 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are referenced in parts of the table above this crop. Spaces that the typesetting leaves after digit-grouping commas have been closed up.
