0 of 12 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 165. The crop shows no column headings (the caption and any heading are above the crop), so header_rows is empty. The table has two columns: the stub and a single unlabelled amount column; horizontal rules above "Total salaries and expenses" and above "Grand total expenditures and obligations" mark the subtotal and total. The "158" at the bottom left of the crop is the printed page number and is omitted. Arithmetic discrepancy, transcribed as printed: the nine detail items sum to 2,980,329, not the printed subtotal 2,980,529 (a difference of 200). The printed grand total is consistent with 2,980,329 (2,980,329 + 203,692 = 3,184,021), whereas the printed subtotal plus printing and binding would give 3,184,221. So either the subtotal is a misprint for 2,980,329 or the third digit of its last group is a 3 that the scan renders like a 5; my read of the glyph is "529". Flagging the cell "Total salaries and expenses", amount column, as doubtful. All other figures are clearly legible and no other row is in question.
