p. 164. The page prints this table in two side-by-side panels, each with its own "Name of case" / "Decision issued" pair; the grid gives the headings once and stacks the panels, left panel rows (Brooklyn Yarn Dye Co., Inc through Lick Creek Coal Co) first, then the right panel (Malina Co., Inc through Williams Coal Co). Blank bands between groups of rows are typographic spacing, not rows, so they are not transcribed. The italic line "Representation cases" above the rules is treated as the caption and omitted. At the very top of the crop, above that caption, one footnote line belonging to the preceding table on the page is visible: a raised marker (reads as 3, possibly 2 or 5 — the superscript is clipped by the crop's top edge) followed by "Amended Apr. 2, 1940."; it is not a footnote of this table, so it is not listed in footnotes. In the right panel the row under "Read Machinery Co., Inc" has "Do." as its own row label (indented) as well as in the Decision issued column. Dates are printed with extra inter-word spacing for column alignment (e.g. "Apr. 4, 1940"); normalized to single spaces. The day in "R. C. A. Mfg., Inc" / Decision issued reads 26 but the scan is slightly broken there and 20 cannot be fully excluded. Row labels end without a period where the leader dots were dropped, as printed.
