B. Yarn Mills). Blank lines inside each panel are alphabetical spacing, not rows, so they are not transcribed. The caption block above the table rules ("C. Cases in Which Decisions Were Issued by Stipulation Before Hearing" and the italic subtitle "Unfair labor practice cases") is omitted per instructions; the subtitle is printed above the headings, not as a body section line. "Do." means ditto for the date above it (Empire Mining Co., Hart Coal Corporation, Kelly Axe & Tool Works, Norton Coal Co., Ohio Rubber Co.) and is transcribed as printed. J. P. Fischer, Inc. carries a raised 1 printed before the date; recorded as Mar. 26, 1940^1. Z. B. Yarn Mills, Inc., and Montgomery Dye Works is printed "Aug. 1, 1989", almost certainly a misprint for 1939 (all other dates fall in FY 1939-40); transcribed as printed. "Perry-Fay Co., The" shows what looks like two dots after "Co" in the scan; read as a comma plus the abbreviation period. The footnote line at the very bottom is clipped by the crop; it reads "1 Amended Aug. 2, 1940" with the final digits partly cut, so the year is slightly uncertain. Scan is a 1-bit halftone, so a few row labels are judgement calls: "Brodhaven Manufacturing Co." (could be Brookhaven, but the alphabetical position after Boston Leather supports Brodhaven), "Newcoal Corporation", and "Rayner Dalheim & Co., Inc."
