p. 32. Seven columns: stub, "Number of cases", two percentage columns, "Number of workers involved", two more percentage columns. "Percentage of—" is a spanner printed twice (over columns 2-3 and over columns 5-6) and is repeated in each column it spans; "Number of cases" and "Number of workers involved" are tall single headings repeated in both heading levels. The stub column has no printed heading (only stray specks of scanner noise), so its heading cells are empty. In the row "By intermediate report finding no violation", the last two cells hold a parenthesised raised footnote reference instead of a value; I transcribed them as (^1), pointing to footnote 1 ("Less than 0.05 percent."). Scanner artefacts, resolved by context and by arithmetic: several digit-grouping commas print as periods ("1.335", "3.001", "21.072", "16.085", "2, 123") and are given as commas; "S19" in the "By withdrawal" row and "59S" in the "Total cases closed after formal action" row are 819 and 598; "l, 573, 421" is 1,573,421. All of these are confirmed by the column sums. Every printed total is internally consistent: 2,123+2,902=5,025; 967,215+606,206=1,573,421; the four before-formal-action rows sum to 2,403 cases and 417,204 workers; the eleven after-formal-action rows sum to 598 cases and 175,974 workers; 2,403+598=3,001 and 417,204+175,974=593,178; 5,025−3,001=2,024 and 1,573,421−593,178=980,243. No misprints detected. Cells printed as a row of leader/dash rule (the "percentage of total cases closed" column on the pending/received/docket rows, and the two "on docket" percentage columns on the grand-total-closed row) are transcribed as empty.
