p. 42. Seven printed columns: stub, "Number of cases", two "Percentage of—" columns (total cases closed; total cases on docket), "Number of workers involved", and two more "Percentage of—" columns (total number of workers involved in cases closed; in cases on docket). The stub has no printed heading (only a stray comma-shaped speck in that cell), so the stub cells of both heading levels are empty. "Number of cases" and "Number of workers involved" are tall single headings spanning both levels, so each is repeated in both heading rows. Misprint as printed: the row "Total cases closed after issuance of compaint" is set with "compaint" (missing the l); transcribed as printed. Footnote markers: in "By withdrawal before issuance of Board decision" the raised 2 is printed to the LEFT of the number ("² 11"); per instruction it is written as 11^2. The cells reading "(¹)" hold only a parenthesised raised 1 (footnote 1, "Less than 0.05 percent") and no numeric value; they are transcribed as (^1). All leader-dot runs after row labels and the dashed rules in the two percentage-of-cases-closed / workers-closed columns for non-closed rows are rendered as empty cells.
