A partial line of running text from the paragraph above the list ("1, 1936, was as follows:") is clipped at the top of the image and is not transcribed as a row. A horizontal summation rule is printed under the 290 at the bottom of the crop, so a total row almost certainly follows immediately below but is cut off by the crop. The row label "Regional offices" is printed deeply indented (a sub-item under "Receiving releases"); the indentation is not reproduced in the cell text. All three figures (835, 21, 290) are clearly legible.
